Payment records may include order references, payment status, payment-provider identifiers, and blockchain transaction references. Reward participation may require a Bitcoin wallet address.

When platform features become available, information you submit through those features may include goals, learning activity, AI conversations, and contact information you choose to add to Referral Studio AI.

• Reserve and activate memberships.
• Send transactional confirmations and service notices.

4. Public community information

Payment details, individual spending, names, and member records will not be published as social proof without an appropriate lawful basis and any consent required by law.

Masking part of an email address does not automatically make a record anonymous.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect it.
