No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

All confirmed LevelUp AI membership purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds.

This includes requests based on:

• Change of mind.
• Not using the platform.
• Not referring other members.
• Not reaching a particular rank.
• Not earning an expected reward.
• Purchasing additional memberships that remain unused.

You may choose not to renew your membership. If recurring billing is offered and authorized, a cancellation method will be provided before enrollment. Stopping renewal prevents future subscription charges according to the disclosed billing cutoff; it does not refund a paid period.

If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrectly processed, email support@levelupai.tech with your order reference for investigation.

Nothing in this policy excludes refunds, cancellation rights, or other remedies that applicable law requires.
