1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of LevelUp AI and your purchase of memberships. By accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to them and acknowledge the No-Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase a membership.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. You must provide accurate registration information and use the service only where participation is permitted by applicable law.

3. The service

LevelUp AI is a subscription-based learning platform with AI guidance, progress tools, and an optional referral program. Membership purchases are payments for platform access. They are not investments, deposits, ownership interests, or guarantees of income.

Screens identified as previews illustrate intended functionality. Features, interfaces, and content may develop over time. Preview labels do not remove our obligation to provide the service materially described at purchase.

4. Preregistration

The promotional price is US$30 per membership for the first month. The announced launch date is 5 November 2026.

Preregistration reserves access at launch and does not provide immediate access to the full platform. The first paid month begins when access to the purchased membership is made available.

We may adjust the launch schedule when reasonably necessary for technical, security, or operational reasons. We will communicate material changes using the contact details provided. This provision does not exclude remedies required by applicable law if the service is not delivered as agreed.

5. Payments and continued membership

Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified. Prices are stated in US dollars. Any additional taxes or payment-provider fees must be disclosed before payment.

After the promotional first month, continued membership costs US$150/month unless a different offer is expressly stated and accepted.

Recurring billing will not be initiated without disclosure and your express authorization. Stopping renewal does not create a right to a refund for a paid period, except where required by law.

6. No voluntary refunds

All confirmed membership purchases are final. LevelUp AI does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, non-use, failure to refer others, failure to qualify for rewards, or dissatisfaction with earnings.

This policy is subject to mandatory consumer rights and any remedy that applicable law requires.

7. Multiple memberships and transfers

Additional memberships may be assigned using the authorized platform process when available. Transfers are subject to identity, account-security, and anti-abuse checks.

Purchasing additional memberships does not by itself create qualified team members or establish reward eligibility. Duplicate accounts, self-referral schemes, and artificial qualification are prohibited.

8. Referral participation and rewards

Referral participation is optional. Rewards require compliance with the published program rules, including active membership, completion of the required Daily Move, and applicable daily qualification.

The daily rank reward replaces the baseline learning reward; it is not added to it. Matching bonuses are calculated separately under the applicable program rules.

Business-day calculations use Hong Kong Time. Rank tables and examples describe qualifying scenarios and do not represent guaranteed or typical earnings.

Preregistration does not itself generate rewards. Members must not promise guaranteed income, misrepresent the platform, send unlawful spam, or make unauthorized claims on behalf of LevelUp AI.

Program changes will be communicated before taking effect and will not retroactively remove validly earned rewards except to correct errors, reversals, fraud, or abuse.

9. Bitcoin payments

Eligible rewards are paid in Bitcoin to the valid, supported wallet address provided by the member. Members are responsible for supplying and maintaining accurate wallet information.

Bitcoin prices fluctuate. Dollar-denominated examples do not guarantee the future dollar value of Bitcoin received.

Payment schedules, conversion rules, supported networks, and any applicable fees or minimums will be disclosed before reward participation. Payments may be delayed for network congestion, invalid wallet information, security checks, or legal requirements.

LevelUp AI is not responsible for losses caused by a member supplying an incorrect wallet address, to the extent permitted by law. We will never ask for a wallet seed phrase or private key.

10. Account conduct

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. You must not misuse AI tools, infringe intellectual property, interfere with platform security, submit fraudulent information, or manipulate referrals or rewards.

We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security threats, or legal violations. Measures will be proportionate to the issue and subject to applicable law.

11. AI content

AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information before relying on it. Learning content does not constitute personalized legal, medical, financial, or investment advice.

12. Intellectual property

LevelUp AI branding, software, and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Membership grants personal access to the service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform.

Only authorized marketing materials may be used to represent LevelUp AI publicly.

13. Availability and third-party services

We take reasonable steps to maintain the platform but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work, network problems, and third-party outages may affect access.

Payment providers, Zoom, and Telegram operate under their own terms. Their involvement does not remove obligations LevelUp AI has under applicable law.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevelUp AI is not liable for indirect losses, speculative profits, or anticipated referral earnings.

Where a liability cap is legally permitted, our total liability arising from the service is limited to membership fees you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory protections.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect. Updates do not retroactively change the terms of a completed purchase or override mandatory rights.

16. Support and disputes

Contact support@levelupai.tech with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can investigate.

These Terms do not prevent you from exercising mandatory consumer rights or accessing any court or dispute process available under applicable law.
